If your photograph is selected, credit will be provided wherever the photograph is used, whether on the photograph itself, in the description, or in captions.
If approved, these photographs may appear in one or more of the following places, including but not limited to:
- The main featured image of the blog post
- Within the body of the blog post
- Pinterest Pins promoting the post
- Email campaigns relating to the post or the topic of the post
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree and acknowledge that the site and its elements are the property of the company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You further agree and acknowledge that the photographs submitted are owned by you, are of high quality, and do not contain anything considered inappropriate, such as pornographic material, nude photographs, images of violence, or cruelty to other people or animals.
The company reserves the right to remove any photograph at any time without the need to inform you.
CANCELLATION
You have the right to request the removal of your photograph from the site, which will be done within 14 days from the date of your request. However, please note that photographs used in Pinterest Pins may not always be deleted, as Pinterest operates independently. Once a pin has been saved by a Pinterest user, it becomes a part of their platform and is beyond our control. We can only delete the pins saved directly to our account.
INDEMNIFICATION
